i love jakarta pause not, today!
soo much for being my all time favourite city in the world, I hate jakarta when it comes
to traffic jam during peak hour and in some crazy area in the city. I went out at 2 o'clock
this afternoon to mangga dua, looking for a new typepad -since my old one is pretty-old-- as well as my dad‘s xmas present. the traffic is very high from bsd city all the way to mangdu, and my beloved grandpa is not making my life easier by giving me un-planned task (seriously i hate that),and since im alone, i was pretty fucked by the jakarta's traffic rule, which i always hate, from the first time
i was able to get around Jakarta, the three in one, and once it cost me
200,000 rupiahs, to 'bribe' the corrupt police.

first story,iPhone
I've got this thing for four weeks, but just got chance to use it for a week until now, i have to say, its getting better. I've just experienced a little of its capabilities, but summing up,i have to say its the best phone for internet browsing and its music capabilities. been using nokia Nseries and Eseries for the last 4 years, this phone is like the combination of those two. i think its all about experiencing new stuff which never be found (on a phone) before.
as you all know, it doesnt have as good phone capabilities as nokia phones, it might not be a good messenger buddy as you can found in blackberries and nokia e-series.
but, as i said, it stands in the middle of those two worlds.
what i hate the most of my iphone 3g, the predictive text, but with the new updates, (2.2) you can turn it on and off, and the iphone also get the google street view capabilities, just like the g1.

maybe the best thing about iphone is its application, there are thousands, maybe millions of applications that can enhance your experience in using iphone, and i have written lots and lots of application in my shortlist waiting to be downloaded after i got my itunes account.
i just can wish for better camera resolution and better battery life. and maybe blackberry capabilities.
with that, this phone might be perfect for me (for the time being).
but im still craving with the javelin.

the walk of shame.
went to Argyle club in The Rocks last night with Ng,Chinta,Sarasvaty,Cathy and Wong (sorry forgot ur cool name dude =)). I must say that it is one the best club in sydney, great atmosphere, venue is great, very london, theres also a unique dj 'workplace' and also enjoyable musics. though it requiring an effort to reach there by bus, especially on saturday night when george street was filled by stupid cars with lebos drivers (not being racist, im just very upset with them) going around and round george street with 'global warming' motive. Been in sydney for 4years,clubbing never been that great, thanks to the limited guests and very roomy space.
What i hate the most after going clubbing is journey home and ppl you find on the bus or in bus stop. They are d.i.s.g.u.s.t.i.n.g; not mentioning hot ladies, many of them are drunk, bad breath, stinks, very chatty, proud of their 'f' word accent. eerrhh. But some of them are quite 'religious' though, by calling 'Jesus Christ' all the time,, but still followed by 'f' though..
By the way, i watched indonesian film made by indonesian students in sydney yesterday. It called 'di bawah langit yang sama', it was great, i learned something from it. It was better than melb's 'bikin film' by far, objectively said.
Hey, been waiting for the buses for an hour! Then at 6, two sydney buses officer come up to us, all buses from circular quay are cancelled due to marathonshit until 9am today, please go to central station to catch other bus. F u very much sydney buses.

not rumours anymore, eos 5d markII and 24mm f/1.4 L II USM
Oh God, just few weeks ago I was asking about Canon eos 5d MarkII, You got the answer now. The full frame eos 5d has it successor, eos 5d mark II, which will retail for approximately US$2,699 (IDR 26milo),and yes, body only, however it still much less than its predecessor which cost US$3,299 during the initial launch. It has a killing specs, 21.1 megapixels, Full-HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) movie recording (aha, suck in, d90), 3-inch LCD with Live View, DIG!C 4 processor enables burst mode of 3.9 frames per second, Nine autofocus points with six invisible assist points (oh please we want mooorrreee), Maximum ISO of 25,600, Microphone input terminal for stereo audio capture..
dang!! just looking at the price,I think I should still stick with my 40d until they release markIII (lol), but since I like to shoot night photos-without flash and tripod, im craving for this Canon's new 24mm f/1.4 L II USM lens. gosh youre awesumm. but not your US$1699 price tag! rrr.
oh ya,someone did question me why i dont want to buy tele-macro lens. its just not my type. i dont stalk a nude britney spears on yacht or shooting a silly snail on the leaf once a week or once a month. so yeah, the reasonable lens is still 17mm to 100mm. well, in the future i dont close the probability of owning one tele lens though. just not now.
here is photos of these babies.

My Dream Vacation Spot

Definitely beach. I still remember a question 'bout which one do you prefer better, beach or mountain. lol.
The pictures above shows my dream vacation spot, Maldives island. The Maldives is one of the most breathtaking places on earth. It’s a cluster of over 200 islands with sun kissed beaches and private resorts. It’s a perfect getaway for a family or group of friends during the summer, autumn or winter… yes! They have 365 days of sunshine there. The Maldives is located south of India's Lakshadweep islands, and about seven hundred kilometers (435 mi) south-west of Sri Lanka.
The crystal clear water is perfect for snorkeling, scuba diving and of course there’s plenty of ocean for surfer dudes..
ahhh.. maybe i should go to Bali instead.. but I promise myself to go there, someday.. save up, bob, save up.

Bienvenue, Google Chrome!
hhh.. so much using mozilla firefox for the rest three years, I think my hunt for the best web browser have to stop here. at least for a while. Firefox has been my favourite web browser until six hours ago I downloaded a beta Google Chrome. Chrome is Awesome; mentioned there, with capital A.
Compared to Firefox, dont even mention the hopelessly s.l.o.w. Internet Explorer, Chrome reflects its shininess to its competitor, it is faster, simpler, more stable and has more sex appeal. For those who loves tab browsing, this browser even has a "task manager" to see how much memory or processor capacity each tab or plug-in is consuming and to shut down the ones gobbling up too much of your computer's resources. A thing that Firefox, the first web browser I saw who has the tab-browsing ability doesnt have until now. It is very important for knowing it, mozilla, expecially when its about to crash, so we wouldnt have to re-open all tabs we were browsing in.
For me and every other 'researcher', who finds Google and Wikipedia are very helpful in life, this browser make it even better for its users, you just need to type anything (I literally mean anything) you want to know on the address bar, then you will have options to choose whether you want Chrome to look it as a web address, google search engine entries, or wikipedia page entries.
Google has known as the world's number one search engine for its speed, accuracy and its stability. By releasing the Chrome, it would also be expected to earn more money, since people tend to search more often, and not to mention its other online application such as email, wordprocessing, spreadsheets, igoogle (your personal web page) and calendar which I personally experienced are mucch better than their rivals, or if not, they dont have one.
Seems like Google has a very shiny future.

highlow!
So long and goodbye to my old blog, and I'm soo excited with this new blog, tomorrow and days after tomorrow! Woke up at 11.45 am this morning, after having a long night and a nine-ish hours sleep, i feel great this morning. Until now, Ive been having a very lazy Sunday with awesome tunes from my high school songs collection, watching one of my favourite movies, blogwalking, facebook stalking, making this blog, receving calls from mum, replying emails to undisclosed recipient, and other more-random actions. ahh. good life.
I'm twenty and life has treated me soo good all this time. Thanks to Him, I'm what I am now. I might have a lot of great things that will happen to me in the future have been planted in my mind right now, but I believe that my greatest plan, might not be His master plan.
and yeah, many things are coming from here.
